In the event that a chief of LSPD is killed,dissapears,or quits suddenly,the emergency leadership dfinder will be imposed and the public will vote in a high ranking LSPD officer to be chief.

((In reality,it will either be the deputy chief OR a topic will be setup and players will chose a detective or above to be the chief. If there is a tie there will be a vote.))
