Grade 1 protection- Low Level protection (for vip lvl1)
Grade 2 protection- Medium level protection (for vip lvl2)
Grade 3 protection-High level protection (Mayor,other government officials such as acu director)

Formation 1 (grade 1)- 1 police car with sirens,1 or 2 officers in front & VIP in back
